Article 1: Scope
The general conditions of sale apply exclusively to current and future commercial relations between Liri Tea, 11 avenue Jean Jaurès 77000 Melun, N°RCS: 841431828 Melun ("we") and the author of the order ("you "). Article 2: Order
We undertake to accept your order under the terms of these general conditions of sale. When you order, we inform you of the availability of the products you wish to purchase. However, if, despite our vigilance, the products prove to be temporarily unavailable (out of stock, reissue, etc.) after your order, we will inform you by e-mail and invite you to cancel or modify your order. If the products prove to be permanently unavailable (out of stock, etc.) after ordering, we will automatically cancel your order and inform you by e-mail before proceeding to refund any sums paid for the part related to the missing products. . Article 4: Payment
The price is due immediately on the date of the order. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards. Secure online payment by credit card is totally secure: it uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The information transmitted is encrypted by software and cannot be read during transport on the network. We have chosen the Stripe and Paypal online payment solutions. The processing of your order can only take place from the moment your payment has been accepted and this acceptance transmitted to our services.
Article 5: Delivery
Unless otherwise specified, delivery is made to the address you indicated when placing your order. Delivery times are only indicative. The products are delivered by Colissimo (tracking without signature). In case of non-receipt of the package, you have 3 weeks to make a claim. For home deliveries in metropolitan France Colissimo, delivery costs are offered to you for any order of an amount greater than 40 € including tax. And for all orders of less than €40 incl. VAT, delivery costs amount to €5 incl. VAT without signature. Home delivery times are estimated at 2 working days for Metropolitan France. For deliveries outside mainland France, the amount of the delivery costs is calculated at the end of your order, according to the amount of your order. Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday are processed the following Monday. Orders placed on a public holiday are processed the next business day.
Article 6: Cancellation, withdrawal, reimbursement and complaint
We guarantee the quality and good condition of all items we send.

2/In accordance with articles L.121-20 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order, to return all or certain item(s) ( s) not suitable for you and request a refund. In all cases, the return costs remain your responsibility.
The return request is an essential condition for the acceptance and reimbursement of the returned product(s) within 14 working days of receipt. Only the customer who placed the order has the power to exercise his right of withdrawal.

The return of an item visibly used or manipulated by the customer invalidates the exercise of his withdrawal and will not lead to reimbursement. The refund will be made via the payment method used during the purchase within 14 days.
3/The replacement of any item damaged during transport can be done on presentation of photos of the Colissimo label with the tracking number, of the damaged item and of the package with the contents.
4/ In the case of an order returned to our premises, for the following reasons of our carrier: unclaimed or refused, without having made a request for withdrawal, we will not make a refund.
5/For complaints concerning the quality of an article, please send us an email: email@example.com specifying the following information: your contact details, the reason for the complaint, a photo, and the internet order number.
Article 7: Retention of title
Unless otherwise specified, delivery is made to the address you indicated when placing your order. Delivery times are only indicative unless, exceptionally, we are committed to respecting a specific delivery date. We invite you to read the additional information related to delivery.
Article 8: Warranty against hidden defects and liability
In the event that the products we have delivered to you have a hidden defect, we may, at our option, eliminate this defect or replace the defective product with another.
